Pack the product in its original packaging with all tags, accessories and the original invoice intact.
Free Pickup
Our delivery partner will pick up the package from your address — no shipping charges to you.
Quick Refund
Refund credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after quality check.
Eligible for Return
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong size, color or model delivered
- Product significantly different from description
- Manufacturing defects within 12-month warranty
- Unused items in original packaging with tags
- Items returned within 7 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return
- Items used, washed or worn outdoors
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Returns initiated after 7-day window
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Innerwear, socks and intimate accessories
- Items damaged due to misuse or accident

Need a different size or color? We offer free replacements for unused items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Same easy process — just choose “Replace” instead of “Return” when raising your request.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or replacement request.
Is the return shipping free?
Yes! We offer free pickup from your address. You don’t pay anything for return shipping.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (3-5 days after pickup), your refund is processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange instead of return?
Absolutely. When raising the request, select “Replace” to swap for a different size or color of the same product. Same hassle-free pickup.
What if my product is defective after 7 days?
Manufacturing defects are covered under our 12-month warranty. Contact our support team with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or repair.
