These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of contablue.shop (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Contablue Enterprise (GSTIN: 24AAIFC7690Q1ZP). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products & certifications
Contablue offers industrial safety footwear, personal protective equipment (PPE) and AI safety solutions. Our safety shoes are certified to IS 15298 Part-2 (Bureau of Indian Standards) and CE/EN ISO 20345 (European Standards). Product images are for representation; minor variations in colour or finish may occur.
2. Pricing & payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order arising from such an error, with a full refund of amounts paid.
3. Orders & acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where a product is out of stock, pricing is incorrect, or fraud is suspected. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until the order is dispatched.
4. Shipping & delivery
- We offer free Pan-India shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below this value may attract a delivery charge shown at checkout.
- Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Express and same-day options may be available in select cities for an additional fee.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns, exchanges & warranty
- Returns: We offer easy 7-day returns. Products must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Size exchanges: Free size exchanges are available subject to stock.
- Warranty: Contablue safety shoes carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including sole bonding and break warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or unauthorised repairs.
- To initiate a return, exchange or warranty claim, contact orders@contablue.com. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method after inspection.
6. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Wallet credits, coupons and promotional offers are subject to their own terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Contablue name, logo, product designs, images and text — is the property of Contablue Enterprise and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contablue Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat.
